Our Current Rates
The Village provides comfortable residential living in eight one-bedroom apartments, and twenty-six two-bedroom single or duplex units.All residents pay a $750.00 entrance fee. All contracts are month to month, and may be terminated by the renter at any time with a 30 day notice. A one month security deposit is required. All utilities including expanded basic cable are included in the rent.

Christian Science Practitioners receive a 25% discount on all duplex/single homes.
Custom Remodel Option
Possible custom options are available to new residents. Options could include crown moulding, custom lighting, and granite counter tops. Is there something you would like to add that you can't live without? You pay only what our contractor charges us. All improvements become property of The Village.

Transportation
Rides to Sunday and Wednesday services to the Springdale C.S. Society located on the grounds, including Christian Science lectures in Springdale, Fayetteville, and Rogers. Regular shopping trips to Wal-Mart, grocery stores, the Northwest Arkansas Mall, and other shops as convenient. Village dine-outs, concerts, and cultural activities in Springdale and Fayetteville and other Village activities taking place off-campus.

Maintenance, Lawn Service, & Trash Removal
The Village repairs and maintains all Village owned appliances and equipment, including the replacement of light bulbs. (Bulbs are supplied by the resident.) The maintenance department will check resident-owned TVs, automobiles, etc., to advise on service. Lawns, tree maintenance and front flower beds are cared for by The Village. All additional maintenance and special work is charged on an hourly basis. For all maintenance work orders, call the office at 479-751-3215.
Maintenance, per hour - $25.00 (Minimum charge is a half hour.)
