Concord Place

• Level I - Christian Science Skilled Nursing Care

  Care requiring the oversight of a Journal-listed nurse including bedcare, dressings, mobility, and food modification, for five or more hours of care per day at Concord Place.
  $315 per day
  

• Level II - Christian Science Skilled Nursing Care

  Assistance with daily living: including bathing, mobility needs, general guidance, for less than five hours of nursing care per day at Concord Place.
  $200 per day
  

• Outpatient Care

  Outpatient care for those in need of a single visit, or requiring brief daily attention, such as a bandage that needs changing.
  $35 per hour provided at Concord Place
  

• Visiting Nurse Service

  $35 per hour provided at resident's home.
  (Mileage charges applied to patients outside of The Village.)
  

• Respite Day Care

  Short-term assistance at the facility, so that caregivers looking after loved ones are temporarily relieved of ongoing responsibility for care during the day; includes a bed, meals, and minimum nursing care. Does not include an overnight stay at Concord Place.
  $75 per day

Wells House

• Sheltered Care

  For residents who are basically independent who occasionally need assistance with daily living needs. This level includes two (2) hours of nursing services per day.
  $110 per day

• Rest & Study

  For those who desire a haven for prayer and study but do not have Christian Science nursing needs. Includes meals.
  $75 per day
